We facilitate securities offerings under Regulation Crowdfunding (“Reg CF”) of the Securities Act of 1933.

Thunder Funder Portal LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTNG Ventures Inc. Thunder Funder Portal LLC operates independently as a FINRA-regulated funding portal under Regulation Crowdfunding. LTNG Ventures Inc. does not participate in the day-to-day operations or decision-making processes of Thunder Funder Portal LLC
